Teddy... what is the 4K Netflix source you are watching? Is it casting from the tablet? Do you have access to a different Netflix 4K device to try, like a Roku or game console? It's a frame rate issue, so a still image isn't going to tell you anything. I don't think I am able to attach video on this forum.
While watching "The Path" hulu original TV Series noticeable issues of sound break ups and also frame issues when fast motion scenes happen on the TV Series and idea's? it's only happen during really fast moving scenes either a really fast car crash or something else.
I was seeing the same thing last night. Tablet said update was available, would try to download update, then say unable to save file. It would then let me cancel or retry. Cancelling would put a system update notification in the status bar that indicated "downloading 0%". Retry would continue the error loop. Tried rebooting once, but that didn't solve it. Will check tonight and perhaps try shutting it down or doing a factory reset. My tablet won't update. I keep getting status 7 update failed. Does anyone have a copy of the update file on pc?

No, your settings should remain the same. Some people have suggested doing a factory reset after every update but I don't do it myself. I only do a reset if there are weird occurances happening on the set. When I turned on my P65 this morning, it briefly displayed a message that an update had been performed. I assume this is the update being discussed. This is my first update since I set up the TV. Do these automatic updates undo any settings you have made to the set (e.g. color controls, contrast, backlight level, etc.)? I didn't see any obvious changes, but didn't have the time to dig too deeply.
I have seen things change with the calibration and the settings used for calibration after doing a factory reset from the Smartcast app. I'm a strong proponent. No, your settings should remain the same. This issue should have already been addressed in the latest update. What version are you on?

Awesome, I will wait for that! Thanks! This is fixed in the latest Beta-Going-Wide 126.96.36.199 Firmware.
Great post, fluorescent.@mbmcrae
I have identified a bug in the P50's related to enabling Active LEDs.
There is a noticeable "stepping" of the LEDs, when watching
videos that quickly cut from bright to dark scenes.
I own a P-65, P-55, and two P-50's. I am running 188.8.131.52 on all.
This is a problem across a wide number of videos played from a
Nvidia Shield to both of my Vizio P-50's.
I don't see this issue on my P-55 or P-65.
The problem goes away completely by
disabling Active LEDs.
It is a problem with most of the P-50 profiles
(I prefer Calibrated Dark or Calibrated).
But it is less of issue (though still noticeable)
with the Computer profile or by enabling both
Active LEDs and gaming mode while
in Calibrated/Calibrated Dark profiles.
I have seen things change with the calibration
and the settings used for calibration after doing
a factory reset from the SmartCast app.
I'm a strong proponent.
Sounds like you have interference
at your house or something.
My two P50-C1's are new so I can't compare the v3.x firmware to previous versions.Yes, the stepping-down or up of fade-to-black or fade-to-white
is quite noticeable on my P50. I'd have to go back in the messages
to see when it first started, but it's been around for while now.
I found it is a Film Mode / Judder setting problem.
With ALZ on, turn off Film Mode with Judder setting of 1-to-10.
I'm using Judder 3. Then try it with ALZ Off.

Does your P50 have the audio dropout and squeal/Beep/tone issue
during any device's audio muting functions?
I've had it since the 3.xx Firmware.
Firmware 184.108.40.206 is now going wide, so you'll get that in the days or weeksI have a P50-C1, which I purchased from Best Buy back in late November.
Since I first set up the TV, I've found 4k (both HDR and not) content to
be completely unwatchable, with an overly smooth, soap opera-ish effect.
This is with Reduce Judder all the way down (there is no Reduce
Motion Blur Option on this TV as it is 60hz display), Film Mode on Auto,
and tested with Clear Action and Game Low Latency set to both positions.
My favorite shows to watch on TV are the Marvel NetFlix shows... and I
am now on the current firmware (220.127.116.11) and everything still looks the same.
