Old habits die hard - Comcast in Chicago

Was hoping Comcast taking over AT & T Broadband in Chicago would help them get their act together. They've got commercials playing multiple times every hour on TV about customer dedication, differentiation, etc. Our building signed a contract with them last Summer to get our building re-wired for digital cable. They finally got around to starting the wiring project in January. Now it's been well over a month since the wiring was completed, and we're all still waiting for our digital boxes. Just got off the phone with our rep and it sounds like it's going to be at least another two weeks.
