I have a bunch of $ just burning a hole in my pocket. I WANT to buy a new TV so BAD! I go to all the stores look and look...I still have not seen a HD picture that can top my old Sony 40" CRT set. Some of the new direct view CRT's look just as good but there is still nothing better. If I don't spend this money soon my wife is going to spend it on some silly home improvement project (G)...what am I going to do!

Simple. Keep what you got. Take your wife on a trip with that money.


That is what I am experiencing right now. I have a loewe aconda 38. I want to sell it to move up to maybe a Sony Lcd but right now the picture on my tv looks better than any other out there at the moment. If I could afford it I would go with the Panny 50 inch plasma. Until technology comes along better I will keep what I have.
