While I was visiting someone at the Las Vegas Hilton during CES I wandered into a suite that Olevia was using to show some of their new models. I was blown away by a 65" 1080p LCOS rear projection set that had Silicon Optics processing and something like 4 sets of inputs capable of accepting 1080p signals. The model number is 765. Has anyone heard anything about this one?

Current 565 model accept 1080p over 5 inputs (RGB, Component x2, HDMI and DVI)

I saw this at their booth on the south hall...

I thought the 565h was a very nice looking set. In addition to the Olevia booth, ESPN had a couple set up showing football in the main lobby.

The Olevia 765 is supposed to be the new version of the 565H 65" LCOS set from what I understand.


That is great that you actually saw a 765 so it must be close but doesnt' seem to be available yet still 6mo later after you saw it.


The 565H can be had for under 2k but not many merchants have it. saw costco mentioned once but dont think they have it , only a few shady online merchants.


Also the 565H only has 1 hdmi input which makes it kind of outdated so though i am looking for a cheap 65" lcos and this is prob the best best, i'm holding off and consdiering other models.


any more info on the 765?
