I have a 37" Olevia LT37HVS HDTV(pretty sure it's that model) and I am running an RF cable directly to it. I recently got a Sony KDL-52XBR4, and that television has scanned for HD channels and was able to find networks in HD(ABC, Fox, etc.) and I wanted to get HDTV on the Olevia as well.


Now, the Sony one has both the ATSC and NTSC tuners as one RF input, while the Olevia has two seperate ones. I get SD cable on the Olevia when the cable is plugged into the NTSC input, but when I plug it into the ATSC tuner, it's a blank screen.

There is a seperate input on the Olevia that says DTV, so I go there and there are options to scan automatically or manually. I try auto, and it finds nothing! Manually, it can find anything between 2-69. How can I get the local HD channels viewable by this Olevia HDTV? Please help, it would be greatly appreciated!

I think there is a tuner called QAM that the SOny may have and the Olevia may not. I would try using an antenna hooked to the atsc tuner.
