I would like to state for the record: Jason Turk is the most honorable and the most professional seller I've ever had deal with.
The dealing with issues, - what shows how good a man is. It is true in many respects, and is very true with sellers. I purchased Vutec SilverStar from Jason Turk. Upon arrival of the screen I found some issue with it. Sometimes it happen even with high quality goods from reputable vendor. I reported about the issue to Jason. He replied the same day and told that he is going contacted Vutec immediately. It was done and I got replacement of the screen.
One call and one e-mail with photos - all what I did to get my issue resolved. No hassles, no worries... I am very impatient person, so I worried anyway and called Jason couple of times more to double check if everything is OK and do I need to do something more... His patience on replying for such calls is outstanding.
