I just upgraded with the D* HD upgrade specical ($99) and now have an extra SD box and dish. I have a second home upstate that I go to on the weekends. If I set the SD system up there can I just pull the card out from the HD unit and use it on the SD unit?


Does the access card get coded to the box/dish?

The cards are married to it's own receiver when activated.

But you could (technically) take a receiver w/card back and forth.
