Hi All,


I just bought the 4100s from onkyodirect.com (refurb) and everything came great. I have only hooked up the front three speakers and subs (waiting on longer cables to install the rear) and I notice a very annoying buzzing sound which seems to come from the amp itself. Has anybody else had this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix or do I have to just live with it?

I heard something about that and that it stops about 30min after start up im not 100% but try letting it run for a while.


I have the 3100 system and I have no such problems.


One question about your 4100 system, is your sub powered? or Passive like the 3100 ?
