Could I use the upcomming Onkyo 605 to switch in between my ps3 and laptop?


I'm going analogue out (component) + optical audio from the ps3 and DVI->HDMI out from the laptop. And obviously HDMI->DVI out of the receiver to my scalar for the monitor.


Do receivers like this let you switch between analogue and digital in to a digital out? This is the only thing stopping me from my preorder.

No one has any ideas? Is there a better forum section for this? I'd really like to get the deal on this receiver before it comes out, assuming it can do what I need.
