Onkyo 605 multichannel help
Hi all,
Just hooked up my PS3 to Onkyo 605 amp and it works fine with Blu ray and DVD etc. However when I use the PS3 to stream movies from the Lovefilm subscription service or BBC iPlayer all I'm getting is stereo output from my front left and right speakers, no sound from the centre or multichannel speakers.
I realise the feed is only a stereo signal from Lovefilm/iPlayer but assumed my amp would take this and up mix to 5.1?
The listening mode settings on the Onkyo 605 will only allow me to toggle between Multichannel, Direct and Pure Audio and the PS3 is set to output PCM audio but all I'm getting is stereo.
Any ideas much appreciated?
