onkyo 702 users please help me!!

I did a new speaker set-up with the microphone they supply and now one channel is extremely loud and then if I switch to the next channel its volume is different plus now sound only comes out of the left speaker real quiet in the centre then if I change from pro logic to dolby the sound changes WTF???What the hell did I do to screw my sound up so much??If I put the equalizer setting to off everything is fine but if I put it on auto like i had it its crazy all over the place loud and quiet depending on channel and movie.It sucks ion the equalizer off mode its real flat but if I switch to auto its loud then quiet depending on channel

What do I do??I don't want to spend cash on a guy to come in because they charge $300.00 can't afford it.please help any ideas what happened ,it was fine until i did a new speaker set-up .
