Onkyo HT-R330 Rcvr/Sub Question

Hello, I purchased a Onkyo HT-S580 about 4 months ago. It included the HT-R330 Receiver and a passive subwoofer. I've already upgraded the speakers, big improvement. Now I'm looking into upgrading to a Powered Sub. I can't find a LFE or Subwoofer output on this receiver. Their is a connector marked sub, but the manual tells me it's part of the multi-channel for a dvd palyer.


Is their any way I can use this receiver with a powered sub or will I have to upgrade the receiver first?
