I want to output 2 signals, 1 to my tv and 1 to my comp so i can record. I want to output to my tv via hdmi and to my comp with composite, or just anyway. Can the reciever do that?
Onkyo HT-RC 160 outputting 2 video signals?

Probably not.
But you can run separate inputs to your computer for recording but you will need a specialized video card on your computer to input video and audio signals - and make sure they are synchronized. Otherwise you will have lip sync issues. Something like a Tivo is much better at doing this.
