Hello everyone!

I have questions about the Onkyo HT-S6200 & HT-S7200 FRONT speakers.

Onkyo website claims the HT-S6200 front speakers have two 4" woofers each, like the HT-S7200 front speakers. But I read several reviews at different sites including CNet; they all stated that the front speakers of the HT-S6200 only have one 4" woofer each. Could anybody confirm this? Thank you!

...in the specs it indicates one woofer in front + one tweeter. The surrounds only get one full range speaker, no tweeters.

Thanks a lot for the information.

I did have that manual, but was unsure that I read it correctly!

The manual also states that the center speaker only has one 4" woofer? That's strange

It's even more strange since the specs posts on Onkyo site states differently.

It seems the HT-S7200 is the winner here... CNet claims it sounds better than the others. Is only subpar to the 9100THX.

Hello!

That was my question: the (official) specs on Onkyo site shows the HT-S6200 has two cone woofers for each front speakers, but the information I obtained from various sites (including CNet) stated the front speaker only has one woofer. The manual states the front speaker has only one woofer, which contradicts Onkyo's own information on its website. I need someone's clarification! Thanks!
