I am upgrading my home theater and one thing I am focusing on is 1080p/24. I know I need a BluRay player that will output it and a TV that will receive and properly display it. Will the receiver for the HT-S9300 support the 1080p/24?

Thanks in advance for you help!

I have a Ht-S9100 and it does it. I have a Panasonic Bd-35, a cable TV box and a WD TV Live. All of them HDMI connected to the HT-S9100 receiver. From there, HDMI out to my 46PZ86FV.

BD player and WD TV live set-up to 24p (when supported by the media). The TV detects it as it display 1080p 24p when catching the signal.

Receiver set as "pass through" for video signal.
