Set up is Onkyo TX NR 5008, Mitsubishi 73840, XBox 360 and local cable tv provider. I have set up IR Remote to switch. Worked fine for a while now keeps loosing cable picture (audio only). Any known problems?

Cable and satellite boxes are notorious for dropping video and audio, especially over HDMI. Give the analog output from the cable box a try and see what happens. You will only have stereo audio but you might at least have audio.


A reset of your cable box might help too.
