They're both within my budget for a H/T receiver and I'd like to upgrade asap. Currently I have an older Marantz that doesn't do DTS-HD or TrueHD and I don't want to use analog inputs.

Running Focal Dome 5.1 setup to a Pioneer Kuro 5020 and a PS3 for Blu-Ray (also have a Toshiba HD-XA2 and several HDDVD's).

If you have any suggestions or comments please feel free to post here!

Also thinking of getting a new Blu-Ray player so I can use my harmony remote with the PS3.

my vote goes to the Pioneer receiver. I am saving money for a Pioneer receiver myself ( a different model: VSX-LX51 as it is called here in Europe). I like the sound Pioneer produces. But, please keep in mind that sound quality a matter of personal taste

For the blu-ray i'd recommend a Panasonic BD35 or BD55. I am using the BD55 myself and I am more than happy with it.
