I have an Onkyo TX-SR604 and I'm having to take what I think to be unnecessary steps with my PS3 when I'm going from Dolby Digital EX to Uncompressed 7.1. Long story short, is there a way I can force a listening mode of Dolby Digital EX to be used, because in the input settings of the 604 it seems I'm only able to set either Direct or Multi Channel, when ideally I'd like to have it be Dolby Digital EX at times.
