Anyone have the Onkyo 898 if so how do you like it ? Anyone read any reviews on the 898 ?

Mine drives PSB Image speakers and a VTF-2 sub; a killer combination IMHO. The remote is useful and macro capable, but it's not a replacement for a MX-500.

I don't think so. The 989 is upgradeable though. The 898 is still an excellent receiver.
