Would love anyones opinion on this setup.


Onkyo TX- NR 3007

2 Polk Audio LSi9 Left and right

1 Polk Audio LSiC center

2 Polk Audio LC80i rears

Sub - undecided - any suggestions?

Panasonic Viera S1 65inch


Primary use home theater/sports approximately 70% Music 30% Rock, Pop, Country, Jazz


Viewing area size 22' Long by 16'


Room opens up into a great room eating/living/kitchen.


Any suggestions would be much appreciated... I haven't purchased anything yet.

have you auditioned the Polk's ? The Polk LSi lineup are nice speakers, but so are many others in that price range....it all comes down to what your ears tell you.


I would consider two smaller subs, rather than one big beastie. HSU Research and SV Sound make good subs that also work well for music.

The Lsis are hard to drive and usually require an additional amp to drive them. Energy RC-10's are superb for music, very warm and neutral. Infinity Primus models are good also. Jamo and Emotiva also.
