Hi All,
I have a issue with Oppo 980h DVD player.
The DVD player is connected with Denon 1507 receiver with both digital & analog outputs. If i use digital output the volume level is low. If i use analog, volume level is high. There is a difference in volume level for analog and digital output. I tried another dvd player both digital and anlog outputs and there is no difference volume level. I am using this player primarily for 2 channel cd listening. Digital Output is set to PCM.
I have a CA DacMagic D/A converter and NAD 325BEE integrated amplifier connected with DVD player. I tried some cds with this set up and i am getting the same results.
I talked one of Oppo customer care executive he said that its impossible to have difference in volume level for cds.
He also said he is not going to replace the unit.
Can anybody help me to troubleshoot this iisue...many thanks in advance.
