my poor old receiver only has 1 optical digital input.........any suggestions for a cheap switcher with IR control?

Radio Shack has a 4-way on sale for $9.97 (US). I just picked one up. Seems to work pretty well. I also bought some "toslink" plugs ($2) to cover the connections that I will not be using (switch does not come with the connections covered).


There are some other deals too, like an optical signal amplifier for $9.97 and some optical cables too (3 foot for around $8 & 12 foot for about $10).


Just go to www.radioshack.com and search "toslink" for the deals. You can then check to see which store in your area has them in stock.

OOPS, I did not see the I/R control part until after I wrote the above... This RS model I reference is 100% manual... But still a good price.
