Optoma HD38: Help please, I chose wrong language!

First thing to do would be to post in the Owners' Thread for this projector, if there is one. Someone there can walk you through the menus as the pages and selections are likely in the same order regardless of language.

Failing that, find someone on social media who speaks Chinese and set up a Zoom call so he or she can read your screen and walk you through it.

Even better if your circle of friends knows someone. Invite 'em over to help and buy 'em dinner, afterward.

I added the make and model to the title. The more specific the title, the better the odds of catching the right eyes.

HD38 or UHD38?

Here's the user manual for the UHD38:

pages 23-27 provide the info you need;

If you have a smart phone, you can use the visual translate feature. Just open your translate app:

Google Translate
Apple Translate

Select the camera . . .point it at the display. It should detect the language and translate it to the language of your choice.

It's not perfect but it'll get you back to your language menu.
