have had the HD66 for about a week. HD cable, Radio, and computer hook ups are all fine and working through a Yamaha 365 AV receiver.


Unibody Macbook Pro is hooked up the other day and working fine. I go to change the resolution to 1080 for **** n giggles. The screen does its blue screen hiccup thing once, twice, and never returns a picture. Everything has been restarted, rebooted and hooked up in every order I can think of, But i am still getting zero picture from either the macbook or the PJ when they are connected. All that happens is the normal transition blue screen, the projector says its found an hdmi connection for one second and then it loses it and starts looking again. Over and over again.


PLEASE HELP. no idea why this is happening after everything was working fine.

with that attitude, you probably will never get an answer.


you were probably one of the first 1000 adopters of the HD66, and probably 1 of maybe 100 on the forum. you will need to be patient to get answers

This sounds like a setting problem on the macbook... Unfortunately I know nothing about controlling res on macbooks... sorry

(normally I wouldn't have posted such a useless post, but just wanted you to know that we ARE reading your post, we just don't have info that can help)

It may be the MAC. I went to apple.com and did some searching. Try resetting the PRAM


During boot up, press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.
