Well I mailed my hd65 three weeks ago with tracking so I know they have had the projector for almost two weeks. Now for some reason I cant track my RMA it always says invalid username and pass even though Im using the exact info from my rma form. Ive sent three emails and havent got one response. In your guys experiance is there typical amount of time it takes? Getting tired of waiting God of war 3 comes out soon and I want my projector back even if I have to buy a new bulb.

The focus wasnt uniform and focusing one side of the screen unfocused the other side and the bulb failed at 400 hours. Just thought I would have heard somthing by now.I sent another email today to a different rep hopefully they will reply.

Well good news they replaced the lamp and its on it way back



I was fully expecting to have to buy a new lamp.

I am happy for you with the way Optoma handled your issue. Here in Canada, their office would not even reply to email regarding an issue I had with my unit. Needless to say, my second projector is a Panasonic and I couldn't be happier.


I had an Optoma HD7100, which rattled like crazy after a few minutes of powering it on.
