Unplug all the cables and the power cord. Hold down the power button on the projector for one minute. Sometime this will clear the bios and allow the projector to boot.
If that doesn't work contact Optoma.

Optoma uhd60 no picture , help please !
Hi everyone , I am new here and it is my first projector so thanks for reading this. I hope my english is not too bad since it is not my first language.
My optoma uhd 60 turn on , it display the Words optoma on the screen, and after that nothing.
It is not the source. I send the source to a T.v. and it works .
I guess it is not the lamp ? Because I can see the word optoma.
I cannot acess the menu at all. Also , the only way to close the projector is to unplug it.
I did some research on the forums here and I found one or two post with the exact same issue but there was not any solution.
Should I send it back to the company ? Is there some buttons that I can press that could do a factory reset ? How is the customer service with optoma ?

Hi @JimstarBoris , is the projector going to standby ? Are there any light blinking next to the power button ?
