I'm swtiching over to UTV/Directv from dish network. tired of the DP and all that, too good of a deal to pass up.
Ok, so i ordered the 2 sony UTV package with the dish and hardware.
Yesterday (a week after the stuff was sent) I received 3 packages. Two of the packages had each a Sony UTV receiver and a box of the installation hardware (on box was missing the video and rca type cords). The third box had in it two more installation kits. So now i have 2 receivers and 4 installation boxes and no dish.
I emailed them and got a fast reply from someone who said they'll look into it and email me back quickly. This surprized me because I figured they'd be closed since it was around 6 pm here on teh west coast. The guy emailed back fast and found it was the warehouses fault and is going to have the problem fixed today. SO hopefully it all turns out OK and i can recomend minidishes.tv to everyone for the good service.
every company messes up sometime, its how the fix it, is what counts.
