Ordering Panny ED 42 today, Dell or Visual Apex?

First off let me say I've heard nothing but wonderful things about Visual Apex and nothing but horror stories about Dell. So why even post this note?

Dell's price is within about $100 of Visual Apex this weekend when you factor in free shipping.

I guess it all boils down to Dell's Total Satisfaction Return Policy which currently would let me return it for 21 days, no restocking fee, but I would have to pay shipping.

Visual Apex lists a 15 day period and a 20% restocking fee (on top of the shipping) as well a prior approval.

There are two reasons I might want to return it.

1.) Size. Might just think its to small and want the 50, despite the fact its twice as much. I'll only really know this after living with it for a few weeks. And how convenient the same wall mount is good for the panny 50 too!

2.) Stuck pixels. Needless to say, I would not be satisfied with even one. What is Visual Apex's position on stuck pixels? Will they replace a display for just one? Maybe I'm paranoid, but would hate to have even one stuck pixel, and it seems like if its going to happen, it happens in the first 100 or so hours.

As always, your help is greatly appreciated.

I've read elsewhere that Visual Apex is very good about malfunctioning pixels returns. Try a search on Visual Apex. There was an entire thread on the topic.
This is a no brainer go with VA. I have dealt with Dell and if you have any problems good luck. Considering the cost of the purchase go with the proven horse. I bought mine fro VA after canceling from Dell. You can't go wrong with them and the money saved over the life of the product makes VA the best choice.
