Sorry for the OT but I trust you guys more than anyone else.
I'm looking for an all inclusive web development software package for creating a site that allows the rating & review of products.
I would like for the members to be able to add products as they see fit and then others can rate and comment. I would like for them to be able to either search for something in particular or browse a list per region.
Does something like this exist or would I have to hire a programmer to get what I need?
