I anyone getting OTA program guide on a 6000 or is that still broken? I am unable to see program guide info for the DTV channels in the Boston area.


I can see affiliate program guide info from the dish but I can't associate the DTV channel with an affiliate. Is there a way to do that? The channel # of the DTV channel matches the ATV channel (DTV is 4-1 and ATV is 4-0 for example).

The program guide has never worked with the DTV side of the 6000, just the analog channels. I believe that any info that would appear on the digital side would have to come from the local station, carried in the PSIP stream. I do not know if it actually works, however. None of the stations in Detroit show any info, but I do not believe they are bothering to insert it either. I believe it takes a lot of work on an ongoing basis for a limited audience.
