I just got an email notification that my copy of T2 on HD DVD from France had shipped...from past experiences I say it'll take a week for me to get it. I'm sure someone here already has it, but since I ordered it 2 months ago im glad to see it finally has shipped after all the delays. Viva Le Arnie!

according to Studio Canal it doesnt.. what was your total including shipping from amazon?

Please give us a review once you've watched it. The Terminator series is one I am thinking of re-buying on HD DVD (vs DVD).

Sure no problem...I really don't like it when someone says "I got my copy of fill-in-the-blank" super anticipated HD DVD and then don't say a word more about it, that's just a big tease! I'll post my thoughts when I get it (hoping soon).

Mine Shipped today too

For once I might actually get it quicker (Live in UK) although I actually received Skeleton key over a week ago (Very fast for Surface mail from USA!).

I saw another thread about it on AVS. It's a two-disc set. From what I read, the first disc has the theatrical cut with forced French subtitles, while the second disc has the Special Edition with no subtitles. A review on a French site gave it very positive marks for image quality. There may or may not be an issue with the pitch of the audio (guess we'll know for sure when more people have their copies).

I'm actually a chipmunk so I LOVE pitch issues!

Seriously though I already have the Total Recall HD DVD and I didn't notice any major issues and I listened for it, if T2 is as "bad" then it won't be a big deal...however, you never know, so I have my paws crossed.
