Oval Dish and HDTV

Hi I'm a newbie and was wondering:

I have an RCA oval dish and receive broadcasts from a second (?) spanish sat? If I get a HDTV receiver like the SAT-HD100 will I get HDTV automatically or do I have to re-align my dish to get HDTV? Will the spanish stations go away (i don't mind because i don't speak spanish).
