Overscan using transcoder on 1280x720 dispplay

I am testing the audio authority transcoder using my Nvidia Geforge 4400ti card VGA-Transcoder-Sanyo Z2 projector.

My display settings are set to 1280x720 and the image is slightly overscanned. I have installed and tried Powerstrip but cannot get the image to align/resize correctly. Powerstrip at leasts resizes a few pixels to get the image shrunk horizontally, but vertically it is way off.

Any ideas how I can resize and fit the image correctly on my display?

Thanks!

The Z2 has a VGA input; why are you using the transcoder?

Because it's 65' away from the HTPC.
Even at 65' I would try a VGA connection first. You need a good cable(s) which you may already have for your comp. connection. I get no overscan on my Z2 with a VGA connection (my cable is only 30'). I can't say if your comp. input is a problem but I would try VGA if it was me just to see what happens. You just need some adapters for the current cable.
So are you saying I can simply convert my component cable run into a vga cable? How do I do that?

Also - I thought the Z2 didn't have VGA in, it just has DVI in, no?
