I've been doing some research on this forum about painted walls for projectors. I'm moving into a new house and a UST projector seems to be the best option for our living room. The Xiaomi Mijia 4K projector has piqued my interest and I'm looking into painting the entire wall that we will be projecting on. The wall is the first thing you see when you walk in the house and my wife doesn't want a fixed screen. Ideally we'd be painting it white, but I'm trying to convince her that we may go grey. There is some ambient light, but nothing directly shining on the wall. Screen size will be between 100-120".

Any advice you can give on paint type and strategies for white and grey options would be great.
