Pan-50LC13- "bad pixels" Q

How many is "bad", or above whats normally expected?


I froze my screen and stared about a foot away from it, and counted about 15 pixels that appeared to be somewhat blurred- thats the best way to describe it. Actually, for all I know, it could even be dust behind the screen, although each seemed to be roughly one pixel in size.


I have a service contract thru CC. Should I call them to come out? Is this even covered? Is it expected to have a few bad pixels in the 10-20 count range? Or dust/dirt? Any advice?
