WOW - What nice machine work. With that great anodized finish and gee what a nice touch on the recessed bolts.

I think you can be very proud with this great finish Shawn !

No corners cut here.

Well done.

Oh, wait! It's too obvious. Will the final product name be the McMorph?

Shawn,

Can we see a pic of it mounted with a projector? Or at least a projector sitting in the correct position with regards to the Pannie.

Maybe you could turn the McDs cup flat so that it would be like the lens of a projector. http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Thanks for the dimensions. Yeah I would love to see a pic with a projector so I can get a feel for how the thing works.

Wow! Shawn,

The appearance resembles the holographic combiner of the HUD (Head Up Display) which I used to work. Except the price is right for consumer electronics. We are finally seeing light in the end of the tunnel on this long awaited end product. I hope it make it here before my trip to Tokyo in mid June, but I am afraid, with my luck it will just be shipped in my absence.

This is like getting pics of inside "area-51."

It definitely looks smaller than I had imagined in my mind (that's a good thing!).

I would prefer you ship a Corona with mine, rather than the McD's coke, however http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/wink.gif

Thanks to all for the comments.

John, that's a regular size drink.

Cameron, the lens dimension as sitting in the photo is 5 1/4" high x 6 1/2" deep (tip to tip) x 6 3/4" wide. The actual lens output aperture is 6" wide.
