Hi,

I just bought a Panasonic 42PWD6UY based on the good review from this forum. I have tried to connect it with regular RCA video input with BNC adapter, S video input and component Y, Pb, Pr input from my Comcast Motorola DCT5100 set top box, but the video signal is still not as sharp as my regular CRT TV. The image seems to be sligthly fuzzy. What's wrong? Is it the calibration? I am a novice. Help!!!


On another subject, I have a PS2 and when I tried to connect it with the regular RCA video input with BNC adapter to play Time Crisis 3 which has a gun control setup, it does not seem to work. Does anyone know what's wrong?

Don't know if you're aware that when the s-video is connected, the RCA connection does not work. It defaults to the s-video connection.

What is your viewing distance to the set? From what I understand, it's best to probably have at least 8'+

8 ft sounds about right, but everyones eyes are a little different.

It could be little more or less.
