New 60" Panny home today from CostCo.

Hooked up cable connection and let it autoscan - in fact I've scanned and re-scanned several times now. Problem is that the cable channels aren't getting recognized - majority of them aren't getting set, and the ones that are getting set show up very badly - tons of snow.

Any ideas - been running the same signal w/the same cable to my TV for years w/no problems. This isn't a situation where SD doesn't look so good on a large TV - the snow is so bad the picture is almost completely obscured.

HELP!! Got to convince the wife this wasn't a bad idea.... :)

Thanks,

Dana

I should note - just to cover the basics, the cable going into the back of the TV is attached to the Antenna A input on the Panny, as spec'd, and the cable feed is coming from the output jack of the VCR (which gets the cable input coming from the wall).

Weird...switched the cables a few times, originals back in place, and it's working...must be gremlins
