first of all, congrats for the really good forum!!
i have here a used panasonic pt ae900e pj, and i have vertical lines on screen...
i've tried disconnecting all the 3 lcds from the optical block, but i can see them!
(vertical lines on white background)
when i opened it, i've found the green lcd driver ic with 6 pins unsoldered.
I've resoldered it perfectly, but the problem is still there
