PANASONIC and PIONEER OWNERS: First ever LIVE INTERACTIVE Head to Head test here...

1388 Views 12 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  DarkFudge
Can owners of BOTH Pioneer and Panasonic Plasma TV's do a first time fun collaborative test here online. While it may not be completely subjective...it can be very fun to see what kind of results we get.

Can all of you please take some digital camera snapshots of tonight's New England versus Jacksonville Football Playoff game tonight?

If any other PLASMA owners want to take part and also post their images of tonight's New England versus Jacksonville game, your more than welcome. All I ask of anyone who will post images here, please describe what tv the images were taken from. If you can, please also post the digital camera you used as well. I'll also partake and post some snaps from my Olevia LCD for fun comparison.

Folks, let's try to get some up by halftime so we can all compare the results!

lets have fun!

Gentlemen.....Start your ENGINES!!!

I cant wait to see who can take some sweet photos of their TVs in action!

It's GAME TIME!
Great Idea.. my son won't allow me to take off Noggin so it would at least somewhat inform me of scores!
Here's some of the first shots on my Olevia 32" LCD for comparison

WOW...great job everyone...Let's do it again for today's playoff games

Let's see how the Panasonics and Pioneers compare in head to head live action sporting shots
Looks like you are only going to get Olieva owners to participate. Maybe you could start with Vizios guys then work your way up to the better sets?
Omeletpants...why the hostile remark?? Have I done something to insult you?

Is this stuff beneath you?

Do you find these fun comparison posts annoying or distracting? Im trying to conduct a valuable and useful service to myself and the many people that seem to be torn between the Panasonic and Pioneer Plasma displays........Hopefully something educational, creative and fun can also come out of this

But with your attitude, I may just be better off doing something else...somewhere else

why do I even bother...

oh sorry....Im a little strung out and I've been told to watch out for your negative Panasonic tone in other posts...so forgive me. I may have overreacted a bit

anways, now that your here....maybe you can throw up some pics of your TV

thanks
Don't have a hosting site. For me, I'm not sure that pictures really capture how good a picture someone actually sees because of the camera and skills of the shooter. However, there are some great Pioneer photos in the archives from about 8 months ago that are outstanding
The only problem with showing each other TV's to others is that the camera lens is completely different than everyone else's. However, it gives us an idea of the type of picture you are receiving, but it can't justify that Pioneer is better than Panasonic or vice versa....

However, great thought....

Chris
Creemail...I agree with the different variables becoming an obstacle to really draw scientific data but my whole point of this post was to have fun with it and to also see how creative people incorporate the photos with their own Hometheater setups

I think it could still be fun
