My friend moved last weekend and afterwards her 3 year old 50" 720 plasma has a red tint to it. It go and comes now but never had any problems until after the move. When it goes back to normal it looks fine. The TV didn't get mishandled and the move was only one mile. Any thoughts on what the problem could be? Don't want to spend that much on a 720p tv.

If you moved the plasma while it was laying down ans then turned it on immediately after then it could have messed it up :/

It was moved standing up. Can't seem to figure why it works for a while then goes red for a while.

My guess is that something got loose during the move. I would recheck and reseat all the connectors, both outside and inside the TV.
