I recently purchased a Pansonic TH46PZ80U. I downloaded the break-in DVD and was running it and noticed the colors weren't uniform across the whole screen (red wasn't solid red, etc.). Almost like there were blotches or "clouds" in the color. Is this normal until you break it in? Anyone else run across anything like this?

Not normal. My PZ80U showed uniform color on every pixel that I could tell using the break-in images. However I used an SD card. Maybe a problem with a DVD player could do that, so compare with an SD card loaded with the images you can download from the same site source.
