Panny 42" table stand

Deciding between 2 typoes of stands for my TH42PHD8UK. The 08 from Panny or the Peerless one. I want something that can swivel. The 08 is $175 at panasonic.com and Peerless seems to be $299. Wondering whether people have experiences with either
