Any info on HD DVD version? I thought I read somewhere yes for HD DVD Import?), but cannot find info anywhere...

Pan's Labyrinth is being distributed by New Line. They are not putting out in either format. I haven't heard of any HD DVD imports or it either, though there are several imports of the DVD.

The best way to find information is to try the search engine first for existing discussions. These threads came up using advance search, title search only "Pan's Labyrinth" as the search word in this forum. There are other threads too.
