Bought a G10 in late December...has a November09 sticker on the back. Out of the box and until two weeks ago the THX was casting green on blonde hair, beards.. etc. All of a sudden its gone ? Panasonic is willing to put in the latest formware upgrade. My obvious question: Should I have them come over? Thanks in advance for any advice.
