Paradigm CC-350 angle

Hello all my Paradigm cc-350 doen not sit so nice on top of my Samsung hln507w DLP tv

I got a shelf to help sit this center speaker But it is angeled upward & there is a loss of dialog - so I put a vhs tape under the back of the speaker to prop it up abit & angle it down

I got this speaker used on ebay & there was no lable on it . Wich side is up ?

Does it mater ??
