Hi, I have just bought some paradigm SA series inceiling speakers and I am wondering if they would benefit from a backbox. The Paradigm website doesn't offer much advice re this.


I have come across Dynabox products, but being located in Australia it is a bit hard getting some. At $250 a pop its a bit rich as I four inceiling speakers which are used as surrounds, and surround back. My other speakers are Paradigm Studio 100's and a SVS PB13 ultra.


Given the costs of Dynabox, could I make my own... Main concern is to keep dust and mice out.

Which speakers did you buy?


AFAIK, if you put in the insulation as Paradigm says in their install guide, you should be fine.
