Is there anyway to get a hold of Paramount besides hand-written letters or calling the studio? Their DS9 DVD sets have gotten on my nerves for various video glitches and the last set had one whole episode(out of four on one disc) with the audio out-of-synch with the actors mouths. I exchanged that single disc and the replacement had the same out-of-synch problem on that ep. Others have complained of this, as well. I think that's unacceptable for the price we pay for these sets. I also don't think it should be necessary to watch the whole set within a month to catch errors, so one can still exchange it.
