Parkland Plastics in Austin, TX?

635 Views 3 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  dube
Anybody know where to get DuroTherm Lite or Poly-Wall in Austin Texas? I checked my closest lowes and home depot and nobody has heard of it. I talked to Parkland directly and they do not know who carries it, and I did a forum search. Thanks, Cord

That sucks, I believe there website does say Lowes, HD, and Menards. We have all of those in Des Moines, IA, however only Menards has it that I can see. I can't believe that Parkland can't tell you what stores in what states they use. I think there is another product similar to the Parkland Plastex and the Parkland Durotherm Lite panels, but can't remember the name.

good luck on your searching.
you can get some tileboard i guess. would be about the same, thicker and mounts well. somebody did some wetsanding to get rid of any hotspotting. i would suggest doing a search in here for "tileboard." i also tried asking the guys about the parkland and had no luck even though i was standing an isle away from it at the time and he said they didnt have it. its usually along the back wall i believe around the hardware section. maybe some snooping around and it might pop up you never know. also at all the lowes i have been to the tileboard and the parkland are pretty much in the same place. good luck ;)
lowes dose not have it , i put in the sku number that i got here and nothing came up, mybe home depot has it? or is there a menards around?

please post if you find any in austin.....thank gary
