Parts-express Moneyback applies to already built kits?

hi, just as the title asks, do they still give you full refund even if you built the speaker kit? I keep being put on hold every time i call them for 20 minutes and the last time I waited my signal cut off while i started talk to the rep! arg....

i have an idea...email them. this will allow you to do other things while they forumlate their response

I beleive so. Stevenn built the Titanic kit, and I thought that he sent it back. Ask him.

Yes PE did take it back and gave me a full credit back to my card. I had to wait for everything to checkout though, but that's understandable. They had me ship the unit back put together, so I didn't have to dismantle it.

did you talk to their rep on the phone first? what was your excuse for sending it back? I got on phone with some rude girl yesterday and she said no we don't and was like please hang up now. I mean actually she said 'would you like to know anything else' but the tone was like exact opposite if you know what i mean..

I'm not sure what to tell you? Being a kit, it would kind of complicate things. Is this a sub that you have already bought or is it something you want to know prior to buying?
